I remember when I closed. There were goodbye signs/banners on the place for a while. I assumed that it was going to be redeveloped into some something along with nearby lots, as is often seen around town. Yet it seemed to just sit for so long. Too bad it doesn’t look like the owner will ever recover the costs with the original contractor.
